Project Overview
BOBA PLACE is a modern bubble tea and beverage brand created to deliver a fun, youthful, and memorable café experience. The client approached Mitrang Technologies to develop a distinctive visual identity that would appeal to students, young adults, and families while establishing a strong brand presence across packaging, menus, signage, and social media.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was to create a brand identity that immediately communicates friendliness, happiness, and togetherness while standing out in the highly competitive beverage market. The brand needed to feel approachable, family-friendly, and instantly recognizable across both physical and digital touchpoints.
Our Solution
We developed a playful mascot-based identity featuring two cheerful characters enjoying bubble tea together. The illustration symbolizes friendship, social connection, and shared experiences, reflecting the core values of the brand.
To enhance memorability, we paired the mascot illustration with a bold display typography style using the Luckiest Guy typeface. The combination creates a vibrant, energetic personality that resonates strongly with younger audiences while remaining welcoming to customers of all ages.

Brand Identity System
The visual system was intentionally kept clean and versatile, relying primarily on black and white elements supported by seasonal accent colors. This approach ensures consistent reproduction across cups, stickers, takeaway packaging, merchandise,
promotional materials, and storefront applications.
The brand language emphasizes simplicity, playfulness, and strong visual recognition, helping customers instantly identify BOBA PLACE in both physical and online environments.

The final identity successfully captures the playful spirit of BOBA PLACE while providing a strong foundation for long-term brand growth. The logo’s friendly mascot, bold typography, and flexible branding system create a memorable customer experience that can be consistently applied across every customer touchpoint.
