Some projects are more than just websites. They are about preserving identity, history, and continuity. The Writers’ Forum, Imphal website is one such project.

Originally designed and launched by Mitrang Technologies on 3 September 2014, the website served as the digital face of the
organization for many years. During the COVID-19 period, however, the website became inactive and the domain registration was eventually lost.

When the organization decided to restore its online presence, the original domain name had already been acquired and parked by a domain broker. Through careful negotiation and additional investment, we successfully recovered the domain, ensuring that the organization could continue using the same web address it had established over a decade earlier.
